No, never. QuickBooks gives me my own login, and the bank link is read only. You approve every payment.
My books are a mess. Is that a problem?
No. That is most people who write in. I sort it out and tell you plainly what I fixed.
Do I have to leave my CPA?
No. I do not file tax returns. I hand your CPA clean books so tax time is quick.
Can you handle payroll?
Yes, in QuickBooks. I set it up and get each payroll ready. You approve it before any money moves. I am certified in QuickBooks payroll by Intuit.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. Everything is online, so it works anywhere in Alaska. Text or email, and no phone tag.
